2. I'm afraid my customers will know your website if I use drop shipping?
Do not worry that your customers will know our website. We won't write sender as ourselves, and there won't be any information about us in the package.

How to deal with, if the item is defective?

First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Second: please shoot the picture of the item is defective, and then send the picture to us by email, so that I could submit them to our Technical Director, after she check and agree, we will add the news to your next order for free.
Third: if we could not Identification. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensation for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give your some more discounts on the next order.

Why we charge for insurance on order?
Some order carried by CPAM (China Post Air Mail) may take 30-60 days to arrive, and package maybe missed or damaged during the long time oversea shipping. 
You can ask for re-send or refund on order if you have bought a shipping insurance when order missed or damaged. So we recommend to buy a shipping insurance with order.but it is not a requested event,customers can choose by yourself

1. Choose the items which we supply on our website and place more than 200 PCS per style/color/size
Depend on the quantity of OEM item you order, We will supply a quotation to you with payment agreements and shipment option in 24 hours
After you confirm the samples. you send us the 50% payment on amount, we will arrange the production immediately after received the deposit.
General speaking, production lead time around 1-2weeks,depond on the quantity you order, we will confirm before you pay.

2. The items which we have not got before and place more than 100pcs per style/color/size
We need you official proved or certification for your brand and sending the clearly model pictures which you want , tell us your detailed requirements;
Your quantity need reach our MOQ: 100 - 200 PCS per style/color/size, and you need to agree the sample charge is $35 for each style. Your costs for sample will refund to you after a formal order placed.
Depend on the quantity of OEM item you order, We will supply a quotation to you with payment agreements and shipment option in 24 hours.
After you confirm the samples. you send us the 50% payment on amount, we will arrange the production immediately after received the deposit

Ps: General speaking, production lead time around 1-2weeks, depond on the quantity you order, we will confirm before you pay.
We also could make your label and tickets If you need. it need to be confirmed before your order placed. The label and tickets should be sent to us before we made them. We do not charge any fee for this. If needing us do them for you, it is also agreed, but need pay some fee.
